    The steel belt used in the drum vulcanizer can conduct heat and withstand sufficient pressure, so it makes this process more feasible and stable.Drum vulcanizer is a kind of equipment used to continuously vulcanize various rubber-coated cloths. There are two types of steam heating and electric heating. There are two kinds of heating with saturated steam and electric heating. For heating with saturated steam, the thickness and weight of the drum wall must be increased. If it is heated by electricity, there is no need to increase it. The main working parts are hollow drum and jointless steel belt. The steel belt presses the tape tightly on the surface of the drum. The effect of heat vulcanizes the rubber layer on the cloth. Drum sulphur chemical machines are also used in the production of artificial leather.

    When the drum vulcanizer is working, the semi-finished product is first led out by the auxiliary machine guide device. Sometimes, the wire enters the preheating table and enters between the pressure belt and the vulcanizing drum through the lower adjusting roller. The tensioned pressure brings vulcanization pressure to the semi-finished product. Through the continuously variable transmission device, the upper adjusting roller is driven at the required speed, and through the friction transmission of the pressure belt, the vulcanizing drum and other rollers are driven to rotate. Therefore, the semi-finished product is within the scope of the wrap angle of the vulcanization drum, and the vulcanization time (time from entering to exit), vulcanization temperature (heated by steam through the vulcanization drum or auxiliary electric heating outside the pressure belt) and vulcanization pressure are guaranteed. Under the best process conditions, the vulcanization process of the product is completed. (The vulcanized product is rolled into a roll by the auxiliary winding device behind the main machine and then unloaded, and then replaced with a new reel.)

The heated overflow trough distributes the product on the steel belt to form a uniform thin layer and moves forward with the steel belt. The liquid product on the steel belt is cooled into a uniform sheet by spraying water on the back of the steel belt. The rubber strip stopper can prevent the product from overflowing from the steel belt. At the end of the cooler, the material is broken into irregular flakes by the crusher, and then the flake products enter the process of backing.

    Polished steel strips have been widely used in the field of thin films for a long time, and its application is known as film casting. With the rapid development of the liquid crystal display, digital camera, and mobile phone markets, the demand for high-tech films has surged. The films used in the field of electronic products are mainly made of polyimide (PI), polycarbonate (PC), polypropylene (PP) or other high-tech plastic materials. In addition, with the rapid development of the environmental protection industry, water-soluble films produced from steel belts have also received attention.

    When casting is used for film production, the usual process is to solidify the raw material into a film on the surface of the stainless steel strip. The advantage of this process is that it is beneficial to obtain a film with uniform thickness and flatness and good optical properties. Because of the above advantages, this process is usually used in production equipment put into production.

    With the increasing market requirements for film surface properties, polished steel strips used in film casting equipment also need to have high-quality surfaces.     301 304 Stainless Steel conveyor belt cannot be strengthened by heat treatment, and can only be improved by cold deformation. The austenitic structure endows it with good cold and hot workability, non-magnetic and good low temperature performance. 304 steel thin section welded parts have sufficient resistance to intergranular corrosion. It has excellent corrosion resistance in oxidizing acid (HNO3). It also has good corrosion resistance in lye, most organic and inorganic acids and atmospheric water vapor.

    The good performance of 304 steel makes it the most widely used steel grade. It is suitable for manufacturing deep-drawn forming parts and transporting corrosive medium pipes, containers, structural parts, etc., and can also be used for manufacturing non-magnetic, low-temperature equipment and components.

    304L is an ultra-low carbon austenitic stainless steel based on 304 that reduces C and increases Ni. The purpose is to solve the severe intergranular corrosion of 304 steel in some conditions caused by the precipitation of Cr23C6. Compared with 304, its strength is slightly lower, but its sensitized state resistance to intergranular corrosion is significantly improved. Except for strength, other properties are the same as 304 steel. It is mainly used for corrosion-resistant equipment and components that need to be welded and cannot be solid-solution treated after welding.

    The above two steel grades should be carefully selected under conditions that are prone to stress corrosion environment and pitting and crevice corrosion.

    316 Stainless Steel belt is made of food-grade 316 Stainless Steel that won’t rust, heat-resistant and corrosion-resistant, which is kind of Austenitic steel. In seawater and other various media, the corrosion resistance is better than 0Cr19Ni9. It is mainly pitting corrosion resistant material. Austenitic stainless steel cannot be strengthened by heat treatment. It has good strength, plasticity, toughness, cold formability and good low temperature performance. Due to the addition of 2% Mo on the basis of Cr18Ni8, the steel has good resistance to reducing media and pitting corrosion. It has suitable corrosion resistance in various organic acids, inorganic acids, alkalis, salts, and seawater. Its corrosion resistance in reducing acidic medium is far better than 304 and 304L.

    The difference between the two is that the latter is an ultra-low carbon austenitic stainless steel, and in order to balance the structure, the latter has a higher nickel content. Compared with the two, 316L has good resistance to intergranular corrosion in the sensitized state, and is suitable for the manufacture of welded parts and equipment with thick cross-sectional dimensions. 316 and 316L are important corrosion-resistant materials for manufacturing synthetic fiber, petrochemical, textile, paper, printing and dyeing and nuclear energy industrial equipment.
